The Sartori di Verona Regolo Ripasso impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with just 8.6 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need residual sugar. The texture of this well-balanced red wine is wonderfully velvety on the palate. Thanks to the balanced fruit acidity, the Regolo Rosso Veronese flatters the palate with a pleasing mouthfeel without lacking in juicy liveliness. The finish of this red wine from the Veneto wine-growing region, which has good ageing potential, impresses with a beautiful aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes from the clay and limestone-dominated soils. This balanced red wine from Italy is made from the Corvina grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Veneto. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into clay and limestone soils. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation for 24 months in 900-liter oak tonneau.
