The accent here is on juicy red fruit full of acidity and herbal tones. The cabernet from Pirque, with its fine tannins and sharp acidity (72% of the blend) gives it an elegant, vertically structured character, while the carmenere (20%) provides herbal tones that underscore the fresh and lively spirit of this red.
